Who we're looking for

United Outcomes is growing and they are hiring an Agile Coach / Mentor to join their expanding team!

What you will be doing in this role:
  • Lead the enterprise-level coaching by working with senior leadership of various clients to define their agile transformation strategy.
  • Develop the agile maturity model with clients to ensure continuous improvement on the adaptation and transformation process.
  • Guide teams in the agile ways of working, providing means of improvement, being the 'go to' person for questions and queries to enable catalysing organisational growth.
  • Own and maintain overall accountability for successful engagement delivery.
  • Educate practitioners, and at times clients, on agile principles and tools through training sessions.
About you:
  • Experienced in influencing senior stakeholders, including c-level executives to obtain business 'buy in' and support.
  • Ability to analyse current Agile processes, prioritising areas for improvement and working alongside key stakeholders to implement agile process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in an organisation.
  • In-depth knowledge of widely used Agile methodologies (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, etc.).
