Who we're looking for

Report to VP of Global HR and Admin




What you will be doing in this role:
  • Report to VP of Global HR and Admin
  • Oversee all-round HR functions to ensure smooth daily operations, including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits administration, training, employee relations
  • Build effective relationship with hiring managers and business leaders
  • Review, design and launch local HR policies and programs aligned to business needs and communicate effectively to colleagues
  • Undertake for annual projects like performance appraisal, salary review, year-end bonus and company events
  • Highly involved in HR initiatives and projects to support the growth of operation
  • Coach actively the HR members and build team spirits to enhance future growth of both the individuals as well as the HR function
  • Adhoc projects as assigned

About you:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related disciplines or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in the HR discipline, preferably in a multinational context, of which at least 5 years at managerial level
  • Solid HR experience including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits administration, training, employee relations etc.
  • Familiar with HRIS operation is a definite advantage
  • Good leadership, time and project management and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track records of driving projects and achieving the desired results successfully
  • Competent in formulate and implement HR strategy and plan in alignment with the HR objectives, the overall direction and business development
  • Drive and manage to ensure full legal compliance, code of conduct and local legislation
  • Strong business acumen to provide HRBP service and competent to facilitate/manage to solve people issues
  • Competent in formulate, review and implement HR policies and procedures, workflows
  • Competent in driving and managing performance, benchmarking and grading structure
  • Strong in execution and stand firm to protect the company from labour disputes as well as corporate image being an employer
  • Competent to embrace and drive changes to align with both the growth of the employees and the organization
  • Strong in people skills and influencing HR teams on global basis to achieve best practices sharing and enhancing HRs value in the organization
