About Us

Knight Frank is the leading independent global property consultancy. Headquartered in London, Knight Frank has more than 18,000 people operating from over 520 offices across 60 countries.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a responsible individual whom can assist in managing our key HR processes, such as Talent Acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, employee relations and engagement!

What you will be doing in this role:
  • Provide full spectrum of HR services including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, employee relations and engagement
  • Compile HR reports and analysis
  • Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in ad hoc projects
About you:
  • Degree holder in human resources management or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ solid HR experience gained from sizable companies
  • Well-versed in employment ordinance and other HR regulations in Hong Kong.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Well-organised, and a meticulous eye for detail and precision
  • A team player who is also able to work independently

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Officer.

What we offer:
  • As a limited liability partnership in the UK, we are run by equity partners who work at Knight Frank and understand our business. Whilst short-term performance is important to us, we always bear in mind the impact that decisions will have in the long-term on both the business and our people.
  • We actively encourage teamwork, and structure our organisation so that our teams do not compete internally against each other.
  • Whilst all of our staff have their own specialisms, we encourage mobility and knowledge exchange between teams and offices in our global platform to maximise opportunities for both personal growth and business development.
  • We are committed to bringing out the best in our people. Our comprehensive learning & development courses, both classroom-based and e-learning, cover technical, management, and soft skills to supplement on-the-job training.
