foodpanda (small ‘f’) is the world’s favourite way to order food online from the comfort of your home or office. Whether it’s getting your hands on your favourite pizza, sushi or burger, we believe that no one should have to suffer from hunger attacks ever again.

However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for an Operations Executive (Fleet Management) to join our growing team to bring innovation into delivery.

What you will be doing in this role:

Aligning with the Head of Operations on fleet management strategies;
Continuously assessing and optimizing Operations processes, procedures and tools;
Being available to provide support to any project within the Operations team:
Recruitment, training and retention
Fleet performance and compliance
Staffing and scheduling
Equipment management
Communication
Work with the Operations team on improving rider performance
Communicating with the local and global teams independently in order to facilitate the roll-out of new strategies and procedures;

What you will ideally possess for this role:

Possess a positive, self-driven and team-oriented attitude and is always eager to learn new things
Enjoy getting along with people from different backgrounds
Able to motivate people and be a problem solver when encounter challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English and Cantonese
Good command of computer literacy
Enjoy working as a team, representing the company in a positive way and committed in achieving company objectives and goals
