Who we're looking for

United Outcomes is growing and they are hiring a Business Analyst / BPI Specialist to join their expanding team!

What you will be doing in this role:

Coordinating the cross-functional team members on implementation and support activities within vertical domains and horizontal competencies team.
Ensuring the relevant client project members conduct appropriate and sufficient acceptance testing, process review and sign-off for each new product/variation to guarantee operational readiness.
Responsible for promoting and developing sound process and system change management practices which may include the planning of training activities for the introduction of new product or product variations.

About you:

Strong understanding of business process mapping across multiple process levels (level 2 to 4) using process mapping standards.
Experienced in requirements gathering from business users and other stakeholders through various channels i.e. 1-on-1 interview, workshop facilitation, surveys, etc.
Highly skilled in analysing and documenting functional, non-functional and technical business requirements.
Experienced in conducting design activity, solution assessment, validation and implementation across a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects.
Experienced in agile, lean and design thinking will be an advantage.
