Who we're looking for

Ucommune is Asia''s leading co-working space operator. and we're looking for an excellent Community Executive / Customer Services Executive (3 Months Contract).

What you will be doing in this role:
  • Work closely with other team members in both Hong Kong and overseas to execute the company''s strategies to ensure smooth operations and to exceed customers’ expectations while delivering quality services.
  • Provide high level and professional customer service; including but not limited to greeting the guests and members, handling enquiries from “walk-in” and/or internal members, anticipating and responding to clients and their guests, etc.
  • Build up a good relationship with members and manage the membership database
  • Maintain the space at a high standard, includes facilities and environment management
  • Provide all-round administrative and operations support to our members such as secretarial service, concierge service, general information about Ucommune and ad hoc requests.
  • Operate billing and booking system, inventory control and other administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and transparent work environment
  • Collaborate with internal parties to support events logistics and ensure all events run effectively and efficiently
  • Handle ad hoc assignments or projects as required
About you:
  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
  • At least 1 years’ customer services experience and administration in hospitality or business center; fresh graduate welcomed with career opportunity
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good command of MS Office especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Open minded, good team player, willing to take challenges, fast learner and proactive character.
