WeLab - Loan Operations Officer

• Review customer’s financial status, Credit Bureau Report, document and internal credit history to facilitate loan approval processing
• Process applications according to Credit and AML policies, compliance and regulatory requirement
• Perform verification to detect fraud application and prevent fraud
• Perform day end reconciliation and monitor all outstanding application
• Prepare MIS report to management for progress monitoring
  

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years related experience in personal loan products. With approval delegation is an advantage
• Self-initiative and good team player
• Organized, responsible and keen for improvement opportunity
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written English and Chinese
