WeLab - Bank Graduate Trainee

• WeLab Bank Graduate Trainee Program is an 18-month rotational program for highly motivated entrepreneurial recent university graduates who are looking to build their career in one of the first virtual banks established in HK.
• During the 18 months, you will have work rotations in four different business streams across the WeLab Bank. You will select one of the four business streams as your focused stream to gain more in-depth professional training tailored to prepare you for a career in that specific function. The four business streams of the program are as follow:(i) finance and data;
• (ii) technology;
• (iii) product and growth;
• (iv) risk and operations.
• Immersive Experience: You will gain diverse exposures through rotations across different business streams of the WeLab Bank. You will develop holistic view and business knowledges of the entire virtual bank business.
• Hone Your Professional Skills: You will develop your professional skills in your area of specialty through focused stream experience. This hands-on experience and training will empower you to grow your future in your area of interest in the fintech industry.

• You are an entrepreneurial self-starter who is ready to grow and challenge yourself working in a fast-paced fintech company
• You possess a growth mindset and you are intellectually curious, with the passion and ambition to build a virtual bank with love together
• You are a highly motivated recent university graduate or student graduating from a BS/MS program in 2020, with up to 2 years of work experience, and a Bachelor or Master degree either in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• You have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (either Mandarin or Cantonese)
