WeLab - Group Accounting Assistant

• Participate in month end closing activities of group companies including preparation of vouchers and accounting schedules
• Prepare reconciliation of accounting information
• Handle other general accounting activities such as data input, filing and proof reading
• Act as an accounting system administrator for set up and maintenance of books and records
• Prepare payment request forms to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
• Cash management support such as handle payments and fund transfers, issue cheques, and monitor daily bank balances
• Assist in statutory audit and tax filing
• Provide clerical and administrative supports to group finance such as organizing internal/external meetings/activities, coordination with other departments for administrative support etc.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects
  

• Diploma or above in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• Detail-minded and results-oriented
• Good interpersonal skill
• Team player with positive attitude and willing to learn
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
