Who we're looking for

Are you someone result-oriented and have a strong attention to detail? Carrier is looking for a Cost Engineer to join their team.

What you will be doing in this role:

To estimate the overall cost in details of each projects
To analyze the requirements and specification of a project and determine the cost involved
To provide recommendation on creation and proposal of cost effectiveness improvement plan, support to implement and evaluate the outcomes of these plans
To liaise with various departments internally to support to drive the cost effectiveness strategies
To tabulate regular expense reports as means to keep track and regulate the expense of the operations.
To conduct market research on latest industry cost development

About you:

Degree holder in related disciplines, i.e. Mechanical / Building Service
Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in HVAC industry
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, strong industry sense and understanding of the HVAC operations
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in using MS applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Familiar with HVAC system and business is a must.
