WeLab - Group Finance Manager

• Handle full set of financial statements of the group companies, including maintenance and reconciliation of accounts and balances and preparation of statutory accounts and financial reports to investors
• Responsible for all month end closing activities at the group level to ensure accuracy, consistency and timely submission
• Ensure accounting operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements
• Provide financial support including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variations from budget
• Handle tax computations and tax returns
• In charge of statutory audit and liaise with external auditors
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments
  

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Qualified Accountant with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience with solid big 4 background and proven commercial experience of not less than 3 years in management and/or financial reporting
• In-depth knowledge of HKFRS or IFRS
• Knowledge in PRC GAAP and operational experience in the finance industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, able to work independently in a fast paced and challenging environment
• Highly self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
