Who we're looking for

We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Performance and Infrastructure Manager for our Logistics team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a track record as a strong individual contributor with the ability to digest large amounts of data and a relentless drive towards finding optimal solutions to complex problems.

About the job:

This role will be based in Hong Kong and will report to the Head of Logistics. As a passionate problem-solver, you will be empowered to own the most impacting components of our logistics setup: delivery zones design, service levels, fleet performance, incentive schemes, restaurant compliance and more. In addition, you will be proactively digging into the data in order to come up with innovative ideas and explore new angles to take our logistics setup to the next level.

What you will be doing in this role:

Continuously gathering and analyzing all available performance and infrastructure data and deriving new insights from it or explaining current results in light of those analyses;
Proactively proposing and implementing strategies to improve our logistics setup;
Supporting the Head of Logistics with data deep-dives and presentations whenever needed;
Being the Head of Logistics right hand in making decisions and challenging the status quo;
Autonomously ensuring our logistics setup is continuously moving in the right direction and fully owning the outcomes of those efforts;
Leading and managing cross-department optimization projects;
Driving the setup towards elegant, scalable and automated solutions;
Working closely with the Regional Logistics team for maximum cooperation and knowledge-sharing

What you will ideally possess for this role:

You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or any STEM field
Preferably you gained 2-3 years of work experience in high growth start-ups, tech companies, consulting or business intelligence;
Strong analytical skills and passion for data;
Proficient knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of SQL;
Excellent ability to tell a story from data and present it in a clear and compelling way;
Willing to question the status quo when needed;
Desire to work in a vibrant and fast-paced environment with high quality standards and tight deadlines;;
Excellent with time and task management skills;
Able to commence work immediately or within short notice;
Great energy and a positive attitude.
