Who we're looking for

Maxim's is looking for a passionate Senior Marketing Officer (Cakes & Bakery) to join the team!

What you will be doing in this role:

Plan and implement marketing campaign, including ATL, BTL, digital, social, PR, CRM and instore
Liaise with agencies, internal and external parties to execute marketing and promotion programs
Closely communicate with operation team to enhance business performance
Implement the plan and strategy for product category development
Conduct market research to analyze and understand consumer needs and market trend
Evaluate campaign effectiveness to imply to future strategy
Manage the marketing spending

About you:

Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or related disciplines
3 years or above marketing experience in similar capacity, retail, F&B or FMCG industry, with exposure in managing marketing and branding programs
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in PC skills, MS Office and website applications
Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
Proactive, well-organized, be able to work under pressure and independent
