WeLab - Procurement and Account Payable Officer

• Support the daily operations of the procurement and accounts payable team
• Manage the payment records and maintain the filing system
• Review and process payment requests and staff claims
• Bank accounts management including reconcile the AP transactions
• Support in contract management, including vendor selection and review
• Support in the preparation of the month-end closing, including accrual review
• Perform ad-hoc duties when required
  

• Diploma or above
• 1 year or above relevant experience
• Independent, detail oriented and analytical
• Team player with positive attitude
• Familiar with PC applications such as MS Word and Excel, preferably with experience in accounting system
• Good in written and spoken English and Chinese
