Who we're looking for

Are you interested in working in one of the fastest growing FinTech company based in Hong Kong? Prive Technologies is looking for a Junior Accountant to join their team.

‍

What you will be doing in this role:

Manage all accounting operations including Billing, invoice, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
Maintains financial records for subsidiary companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
Provides financial status information by preparing special reports; completing special projects.
Corrects errors by posting adjusting journal entries.
Maintains general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable detail and control accounts; adjusting entries for amortizations prepaids; analyzing and reconciling retainage and accounts payable ledgers; preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
Secures financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confidential.

About you:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent spoken and written English; Cantonese and Mandarine are not required but are preferred.
High proficiency with MS Office applications
Excellent internal communication skill
General Math Skills, Accounting Knowledge
Deadline-Oriented, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Coordination, Thoroughness, Quality Focus, Objectivity
