HKBN - Manager - Service Manager

• Serve key customer accounts and handle all ongoing servicing issues
• Drive and coordinate internal and external parties for all service provisioning or service improvement projects to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular review with customers to collect customer feedback and drive for continuous improvement
• Prepare reports to customer on service availability and incidents

• University degree in business administration or other related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT or Telecommunication industry
• Sound working experience in account servicing with good communication skills
• Excellent customer oriented & servicing mindset with the drive on continuous improvement
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Service Officer
