Who we're looking for

We are looking for a dynamic Project Associate – Strategy & Operations who can manage and execute an Strategy & Operations strategy for non-life products, including Financial lines. Candidates must be analytical, creative, and be excited about creating new products that will change the insurance landscape. He/ She will work closely with the Commercial, and Underwriting team and will be involved in the entire product lifecycle including market proposition, research, development, pricing, and execution.

What you will be doing in this role:
  • Perform administrative and coordination support to Company project and operations
  • Responsible for meeting arrangements, coordination/ liaison with internal and external parties, and other tasks to facilitate the Companys smooth operations
  • Provide support with project governance
  • Provide support to facilitate, manage and implement projects to ensure the timelines and quality of deliverables
  • Provide support on compliance related matters
  • Manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively
  • Engage in ad hoc tasks
About you:
  • University degree or above
  • Min. 2+ years of experience in project management, experience in insurance industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organization skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Independent and good team player
  • Engaging and proactive attitude is a must
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candidate with more experience may be offered as Assistant Project Manager Strategy Operations
