WeLab - Group Strategy Manager / VP

• Contributing to, and leading components of WeLab’s strategic planning process
• Be able to identify and monitor industry trends both locally and globally including macro-economic, technology, financial markets
• Understanding and identifying market opportunities, recommending appropriate action and executing on the strategic imperatives of the business
• Providing both qualitative and quantitative analysis and execution to support the existing and new businesses in corporate strategy
• Developing and presenting reports and recommendations to the Leadership Team
  

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• 8-12 years business experience preferably in management consulting and/or investment banking
• Be an innovative problem solver, who can think outside the box and exercise business judgment
• Be inquisitive, results-oriented and a self-starter
• Ability to successfully lead and manage teams in complex projects
• Ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally to be able to collaborate cross-functionally and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Be an effective communicator, with spoken and written fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
