WeLab - System Analyst

• Prepare and execute test plan and scripts for system integration test
• Assist in establishing efficient and effective development methodologies, protocols and standards of practice
• Liaise with users on getting requirements and monitor the progress of the projects
• Perform user support and training
• Aid and advice to users in the effective use of applications and information technology business
• Maintain the up-to-date and good quality of documentation
• Coordinate with different teams to deliver projects
• Ensure the service levels are met as well as auditory and regulatory compliance are met
  

• Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in system development
• Strong knowledge of project governance and IT best practices
• Working experience in an agile environment
• Familiar with Windows and Linux platforms
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels
• Team player, multi-tasking skills, can-do attitude and able to work with tight timeline
