WeLab - Public Relations Manager

• Responsible for actively shaping the Company’s overall public relations, external and internal communications strategy
• Be a strategic thinker to support the development of thought leadership content including speeches and presentations to promote the Company’s brand objectives
• Have substantial experience dealing with senior executives and the ability to make impactful and succinct presentations to leadership
• Manage and organize media interviews and events for the senior management team
• Manage a strong network of media contacts and establish new potential media relations with financial, business and tech media
• Handle media enquiries and media coordination, eg. press materials, Q&As, interviews, forums etc
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to develop PR events calendar eg. speaking events, media events, social functions etc to fulfil the Company’s communications strategy
  

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• 8+ years working experience
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who can think outside the box with minimal supervision
• Experience and confidence providing communications guidance to the senior management team
• Familiarity in the banking or technology sector is an advantage
• Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills in English & Cantonese. Spoken Mandarin is a strong advantage
