Who we're looking for

As a product manager at the company group level, you’ll work closely with our Product & Growth teams across our businesses to support in product management, growth marketing and business development. You will work on diverse projects across our entire company, including in our Hong Kong, Mainland China and Indonesia businesses. You will actively participate in developing and communicating innovative product ideas to improve user experience for our customers. You will have an opportunity to be part of the team that brings new product ideas to life and contribute meaningfully in shipping new product features. You will also help shape how we connect with potential users to grow our active user base across various businesses. Most importantly, you will work in a fast-paced environment and have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the growth of our company over an 8-12 week period.

What you will be doing in this role:
  • Support the product team in developing and shipping meaningful, high-impact products and features, with a results-oriented and data-driven mindset, mobilizing and aligning internal stakeholders
  • Collect data and feedback through user research to better understand customers and their needs in order to build customer-centric products
  • Build A/B tests to help validate hypotheses and utilize data to suggest ways to significantly improve product conversion and optimize our products
  • Conduct product and competitor research to understand how people interact with financial products and keep on top of latest industry trends
  • Help develop and optimize product copy and communication content for customer activation, engagement and education
  • Develop and execute on product marketing ideas, including formulating product go-to-market strategies, crafting content for email marketing campaigns and social media posts
  • Implement strategies across community platforms and mediums to deeply connect and engage in meaningful conversations with our community through both online and offline channels.
  • Be an enthusiastic team player and contribute at all levels of the organization across several areas – no task is off limits
  • Be a resourceful multi-tasker and be prepared to dive into different business areas whether its leading a product initiative, pursuing a new growth or partnership opportunity.
About you:
  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience; experience in product management or marketing is a plus
  • Has good product intuition and user empathy
  • Quick learner who can make thoughtful strategic decisions and able to drive multiple projects with competing deadlines across the finish line
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter and creative problem solver who can both lead and execute independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal resources
  • Excellent written and communication skills and attention to details with an ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
  • Spoken and written fluency in English and Mandarin (with Cantonese a plus)
