Who we're looking for

Develops the key consumer selling points (messaging) and positioning for all products in collaboration with the Product Management team.



What you will be doing in this role:
  • Develops the key consumer selling points (messaging) and positioning for all products in collaboration with the Product Management team.
  • Collaborates with the Product Management team to identify and develop all product features and benefits to resonate with target audience.
  • Develops and executes (with brand teams) all GTM strategies for new product launches.
  • Undertakes the development of product sales materials including Spec Sheets, Instruction Manuals, Labels, Product How To videos and Product Features and Benefits videos.
  • Ensures that messages are consistent with the overall brand and meet Furrion standards
  • Develops product specific training materials for Sales
  • Conduct product training in regards of all new product value propositions and features and benefits.
  • Maintains a comprehensive product image library including renders and photos with the in-house design team.
  • Leads the development of all product display and POS materials.
  • Provides strategic market research, via available tools, to assess opportunities in market / inform product briefs.
  • Management, coaching and leading a team of direct reports.
  • Budget management.
  • Maintains and manages annual NPD launch calendar.
  • Provides Post Implementation Reports (PIRs) to the business highlighting campaign successes or development opportunities.
  • Acts as the Knowledge Centre and/or Consultant for all consumer and customer facing product support throughout the organization.
  • Effectively manages both Consumer and Trade product marketing initiatives.
  • Manage in-house and external creative / media teams to produce product marketing content.
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

About you:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, communication or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing department in a sizeable organization.
  • Must have global and / or regional experience in product marketing (e.g. US, Central/South America and / or European experience).
  • Strong global product marketing and branding experience in western cultures.
  • Very creative, self-motivated and independent with a good marketing sense.
  • Excellent communication, organization, planning and management skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • High degree of professionalism.
  • Interest and experience in consumer electronics.
  • Excellent English speaking skills required.
  • Display finance acumen and treat every investment dollar like it was their own.
  • Ability to travel (local and international)
  • Immediate availability.
