foodpanda - Senior / Customer Service Specialist

You will be working closely in the Customer Experience team under the Operations vertical to manage our corporate clients and constantly amaze them with the best ordering and food delivery experience possible. Your role will be full of learning opportunities as you will encounter different situations every single day.

You will be the perfect candidate for this position if you can:

• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to questions and inquiries through calls and emails
• Resolve inquiries and provide innovative solutions through effective communication with customers, account management team, delivery team, and restaurant vendors
• Develop and foster relationships with customers to increase customer value
• Provide quotations for customers and arrange food delivery to their workplace
• Take the lead to continuously improve customer experience by providing feedback to relevant internal teams
• Consistently maintain excellent customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, needs understanding, and professionalism levels

• Passion and experience in delivering excellent customer experience
• Excellent listening and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Self-motivated to go the extra mile and think out of the box to solve problems
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and manage several customers at a time
• Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin fluency is a plus
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Less experienced candidates will be considered as Customer Service Specialist
