What you will be doing in this role:

Innovate Insurance.Be the innovation leader to create the next generation of insurance products, especially in Medical and Health space.
Get hands dirty.Lead new insurance product development, revamp the current ones and add useful medical services to enrich customer experience.
Speak for customers.Think like a customer, perform market research and customer journey analysis to identify their needs, pain-points and desires.
Orchestrate the harmony.Plan product roadmap and balance the demands from engineering, design, operations, marketing, partnership, platform, legal & compliance, and executives.
Aim for growth.Add value to the fast-growing business by identifying untapped customer segments and twisting our products to fit marketing campaigns or partnership collaboration.
Share your knowledge.You will mentor junior members on the team.
