What you will be doing in this role:

Work to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and to implement improvements to make sure that right tracking are in place
Lead exploratory experiments and analysis to uncover insights to boosts business performance and ensures excellent digital user experience
Uncover optimization opportunities and continually bring forward ideas and insights through continuously reviewing current drop-off points, uncovering usability issues, and adopting best practices
Create periodic automated reports and holistic dashboards by pulling data from different datasources and website and landing pages for presentations to the team and relevant stakeholders, including key insights and actionable recommendations to optimize performance
Collaborating in a fast-paced environment that focuses on delivering customer value early and often

About you:

Excellent analytical skill and comfortable playing with numbers
Passionate about data integrity with keen attention to accuracy and detail
1 + years of experience in website conversion optimisation and web analytics. Including technical work experience in web analytics data and tools. Strong experience using Google Analytics reporting and tagging, tracking parameter implementations
Strong web measurement, reporting and analysis skills identifying areas of opportunity via weekly, monthly automated reports and dashboards
Understands complex web ecosystems and best practices
Experience collaborating in an active, agile environment that focuses on delivering customer value early and often is a plus
