What We Do
With e-commerce, merchants often fail to keep track of post-sale shipments. AfterShip eliminates this problem by helping online retailers track shipments, send notifications and receive business intelligence on the performance of each courier over time. The aggregation of information then adds value to both e-commerce merchants and consumers by helping win customer loyalty through providing reliable shipment information to both parties. While the company is based in Hong Kong, it emphasises a “feet in Asia, hearts abroad” mentality in its internationalisation and global expansion.
Our Culture
Founded by the winners of Hong Kong’s first ever start-up weekend, AfterShip is made up of a group of fun and diverse people. Here the culture is one of inclusivity and acceptance with “happy Friday sharings and happy hour gatherings”.
