Who we're looking for

Participate in internal idea brainstorming sessions and propose visual and relevant design strategies

What you will be doing in this role:

Participate in internal idea brainstorming sessions and propose visual and relevant design strategies
Work collaboratively with VP of Global Marketing in developing visual design strategy globally
Align visual design strategy with the corporate identity, brand image of Furrion
Provide creative direction to Graphic Design team and 3D Design Team
Cultivate a corporate visual design philosophy and environment of excellence for the graphic designers and 3D designers
Work closely & efficiently with marketing teams to develop solutions that effectively meet marketing strategies and/or company objectives, as well as timelines and budgets
Manage multiple projects from concept through completion
Mentor, develop and inspire team members to strive for excellence and provide advice to team mates when facing difficulty
Oversee budget including project costs, materials and outsourced service providers, if applicable
Strive for continuous improvement through the feedback from stakeholders
Deal with ad-hoc duties as assigned by Line Manager

About you:

Degree holder, preferably in Graphic/ Art/ Digital/ Multimedia Design, Creative Media, or other related disciplines

Have a strong portfolio that showcases creative execution of websites, graphic, digital and packaging design projects

At least 10 years relevant working experience in graphic, digital, web design and 3D Design, in-house plus agency experience preferred

Strongly Proficient in AI, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects or other relevant software

Possess extensive creative knowledge and hands-on experience working with graphics, live action, and digital media

Lead and motivate a team of graphic and 3D designers with passion and effective managerial skills

Familiarised with all social media trends and new digital technologies

Experience in leading creative team with the ability to grow and foster talent

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Proficient in Putonghua preferred

Pro-active, hunger for success, organized and self-motivated
